Costa Rica just pulled a Judas on Taiwan, siding with more lucrative and tyrannical, Communist China.

What do you expect from a nation that touts itself as “Rich”? Reeks of mammon, I tell you. And residual Chinese sewage. Their policies of disengagement are rich all right, like their recent retreat from Jerusalem - Israel’s eternal capital - relocating its embassy to Tel Aviv. They just can’t get enough of beach resorts!

More than mere military might, I’d suggest the “Rich Coast” get a spine and some some real cojones to boot! Sadly, Costa Rica joins the shame list of nation-states succumbing to a utopian coma these last days…

Two dozen top Christian students will spend Sunday at the Knesset, meeting with MKs and training to return to their campuses as informed Israel advocates.

When He took the scroll, the four living creatures and the 24 elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the saints (Holman Version, Revelation 5:8).

The Knesset Christian Allies Caucus (KCAC) will host the Christian students, participants in the Eagles’ Wings Ministry’s Fourth Annual Israel Experience College Scholarship Program. The program is sometimes known as the “Christian Birthright” in that it trains students to speak up for Israel and explain its policies.

Christian Birthright in correlation with Taglit Birthright; the only exception is that the students get to travel to Israel for free and prolly have more leisure fun courtesy of Taglit.
sZones+=”,17″;sIDs+=”,InContentAd”

Joel James, development director for the Eagles’ Wings says the aim of the program is to “raise up educated ambassadors who are articulate about the truth about Israel’s situation, about God’s promises to Israel, and about why it’s important for Christians to pursue that.”

This year, students will hear from Members of Knesset Benny Elon (National Union), Gilad Erdan (Likud) and David RotemYisrael Beiteinu). program, says the aim of the program is to “raise up educated ambassadors who are articulate about the truth about Israel’s situation, about God’s promises to Israel, and about why it’s important for Christians to pursue that.” (

Established in 2004, the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus serves as a multi-partisan group made up of Knesset Members across the political spectrum. This body works to open formal and direct lines of communication between Israeli MKs and Christian leaders worldwide.

A Chief Rabbinate decision of two months ago banned religious-based cultural ties [whateve!] between Jews and Christians, but the KCAC, which deals chiefly with Jewish-Christian political ties, was not included.

Looks like Former President Jimmy Carter is pandering to his Saudi zillionaires. According to Pastor John Hagee, advocate for Christians United for Israel, Carter has been receiving funding from Mecca, whose consistent anti-Israel stance is well-cloaked beneath its money. Perhaps Carter should go to Mecca indefinately and spare us his anti-Semitic diatribe…

As of July 27th, my associations with the following Judah-kissers is finito. Good riddance!

This peace of bullshit showed up in the preposterous New York Times:

July 27, 2007

President George W. Bush
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington DC 20500

Dear Mr. President:

We write as evangelical Christian leaders in the United States to thank you for your efforts (including the major address on July 16) to reinvigorate the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations to achieve a lasting peace in the region. We affirm your clear call for a two-state solution. We urge that your administration not grow weary in the time it has left in office to utilize the vast influence of America to demonstrate creative, consistent and determined U.S. leadership to create a new future for Israelis and Palestinians. We pray to that end, Mr. President.

We also write to correct a serious misperception among some people including some U.S. policymakers that all American evangelicals are opposed to a two-state solution and creation of a new Palestinian state that includes the vast majority of the West Bank. Nothing could be further from the truth. We, who sign this letter, represent large numbers of evangelicals throughout the U.S. who support justice for both Israelis and Palestinians. We hope this support will embolden you and your administration to proceed confidently and forthrightly in negotiations with both sides in the region.

As evangelical Christians, we embrace the biblical promise to Abraham: “I will bless those who bless you.” (Genesis 12:3). And precisely as evangelical Christians committed to the full teaching of the Scriptures, we know that blessing and loving people (including Jews and the present State of Israel) does not mean withholding criticism when it is warranted. Genuine love and genuine blessing means acting in ways that promote the genuine and long-term well being of our neighbors. Perhaps the best way we can bless Israel is to encourage her to remember, as she deals with her neighbor Palestinians, the profound teaching on justice that the Hebrew prophets proclaimed so forcefully as an inestimably precious gift to the whole world.

Historical honesty compels us to recognize that both Israelis and Palestinians have legitimate rights stretching back for millennia to the lands of Israel/Palestine. Both Israelis and Palestinians have committed violence and injustice against each other. The only way to bring the tragic cycle of violence to an end is for Israelis and Palestinians to negotiate a just, lasting agreement that guarantees both sides viable, independent, secure states. To achieve that goal, both sides must give up some of their competing, incompatible claims. Israelis and Palestinians must both accept each other’s right to exist. And to achieve that goal, the U.S. must provide robust leadership within the Quartet to reconstitute the Middle East roadmap, whose full implementation would guarantee the security of the State of Israel and the viability of a Palestinian State.

We affirm the new role of former Prime Minister Tony Blair and pray that the conference you plan for this fall will be a success.

Mr. President, we renew our prayers and support for your leadership to help bring peace to Jerusalem, and justice and peace for all the people in the Holy Land.

Finally, we would request to meet with you to personally convey our support and discuss other ways in which we may help your administration on this crucial issue.

British UCU Boycotts Israel

That’s the last straw. I’m burning all my Beatles records.

Oh, boofrigginhooey.

Anti-Semitic policies such as these only instigate sentimental affiliations with a confected, romanticized Palestinian nationalism – Eurabia’s mounting porn stash.

No mention of a prim and proper boycott of oppressive regimes that seek the annihilation of the Jewish people and the global subjugation of Christianity, such as Iran, Syria, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Libya… No. The British establishment decides to boycott the only democracy in the Middle East, namely Israel.

In the mystical cycle of boycotts and retaliation you have to make the difficult choices, the ones that may hurt you more than them. Besides, when I think of England as far as intelligentsia and academia go - and believe me, the tenured professoriate’s sanity and precious Euros have gone out the palace window, straight to the beasts - The Beatles are the only thing that comes to mind. Then Genesis. In any case, my Peter Gabriel-era records are long gone and far outdated, just like Britian’s increasingly Islamofascist society.

Oi vey, here’s yet another petition to clean up the mire and mess of yet another anti-Semitic resolution.
You gotta hit ‘em where it hurts.

But it’s over and done with Hellen Mirren. You think it’s gonna be easy for me to burn my Radiohead records? Do you think I’m thrilled to cut the proliferation of Old World Americana out of my diet? It’s fire with fire my friend. Suck it up.

The question is, now, does this so-called “UCU of Britain” represent just England or does it also include the “Occupied Territories” of England including, but not limited to: Scotland, Wales, Sheffield, N. and S. Ireland…

Because it’d be great to not have to burn my only U2 album, “October”!

Binyamin “B.B.” Netanyahu on the latest wackademic boycott:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6iADF-tKPg

“…supine attitude in the face of evil…”

What does George W. Bush have to say about this bloody boycott?

Bubkis, just more of the usual diplomatic hot air:

Today the President demanded that Iran “immediately and unconditionally” release four Iranian-Americans being held by Iran on suspicion of spying:

“These individuals have dedicated themselves to building bridges between the American and Iranian people, a goal the Iranian regime claims to support,” Bush said. “Their presence in Iran - to visit their parents or to conduct humanitarian work - poses no threat.”

Blah, blah, blah… Action speaks louder than words, Mr. President, especially when rumors swirl forecasting a doozy of a summer.

And may I reiterate a quote of yours, circa August 28, 2000, when you promised B’nai B’rith, in return for voting you into the coveted White House: “Something else will happen should I be elected: as soon as I take office I will begin the process of moving the U.S. ambassador to the city Israel has chosen as its capital.”

Mr. Bush, you have yet to follow through with your promises; instead, pushing your appeasement policy of a 2-state solution down Israel’s throat; you have yet to move the embassy or begin the process, signing the waiver, at every six-month interval ever since, to notify Congress of your intention to ignore the legislation (to move the American Embassy in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem).

Forget about the Babylonian monstrosity of an embassy in Baghdad!

Stay tuned next Tuesday, when The House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on a resolution that calls on Mr. Bush to finally adhere to the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995, which authorized the funds to begin moving the embassy and declared that it was American policy to recognize the city as the capital of the Jewish state.

I find it mystifying that it’s taken a Democrat-controlled Congress to push for Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital…

Fascist Hindus and Muslims Riot Together Against Valentine’s Day

As a Valentine’s Day card smoldered, more than 100 members of the Hindu extremist group Shiv Sena gathered in central New Delhi chanted “Death to Valentine’s Day” and “People who celebrate Valentine’s Day should be pelted with shoes!”

Valentine’s Day has in the past two decades made strong inroads in India as the country has slowly opened itself up to the outside world - its economic boom bringing in not just foreign investment, but also aspects of Western culture virtually unknown here a quarter-century ago.

Across the country, stores stocked heart-shaped balloons and chocolates, restaurants offered Valentine’s Day specials and young lovers found refuge from prying eyes in the parks.

It’s a state of affairs that enrages Hindu and Muslim hard-liners, who on Wednesday vented just as they do every Valentine’s Day -_ burning cards, holding rallies and even threatening to beat couples caught canoodling in public, a strict no-no for those who claim to defend traditional Indian values.

“This is a conspiracy to misguide the young people of our country,” said Jai Bhagwan Goel, chief of the Shiv Sena’s north India branch.

In his hand the card, with its image of a Victorian couple pictured in a tepid peck under a parasol, went up in flames.

About 40 protesters, calling themselves the Forum Against Social Evil, marched on a popular restaurant area in Srinagar, the region’s main city, calling on shop owners to refuse to serve couples and refrain from un-Islamic practices on Wednesday.

Weather intervened to stop Hindu extremists in the northern city of Lucknow from carrying out their threats to beat couples found kissing, hugging or even holding hands in public. With torrential rains pouring down, young lovers stayed out of the parks where the usually seek privacy.

Valentine’s Day: A Day to Mourn and Remember

Meanwhile, Lebanese Christians around 300,000 Lebanese waving flags and blue balloons demonstrated in Beirut on Wednesday to honor Rafik Hariri, two years after the ex-premier’s killing, and show support for the anti-Syrian government.

Christian Lebanese Forces chief Samir Geagea said: “We will pursue the criminals across the world and to the end of time,” pledging that Lebanon would resist Syrian influence.

The rally went ahead despite twin bus bombings on Tuesday. The ruling coalition accused Syria of organizing the blasts, which killed three people and wounded 20 in a Christian area.

Prime Minister Fouad Siniora declared February 14 a national holiday and day of mourning. Shops, schools and businesses were closed. Troops reinforced positions in downtown Beirut.

Yisroel Appoints New General

Newly-appointed IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi convened his first formal meeting with the General Staff at IDF Headquarters in Tel Aviv on Wednesday afternoon.

At the meeting, which Defense Minister Amir Peretz also attended, Ashkenazi was expected to present his goals for the future management of the IDF:

“the central challenge that stands before us is the improvement of the IDF’s operational readiness.”we will do all we can, and we will not be silent until the missing [IDF soldiers] are returned home.

He then thanked departing IDF chief Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz for his guidance. “I salute you,” he said.

Halutz, who spoke just before Ashkenazi, declared that it was most important for the civilian and military fronts to work together.

“The green, the blue and the white are all [part of] this country,” he said.

“The ‘guillotine’ culture is a destructive culture,” Halutz said. “We need to be patient and tolerant of mistakes, as well, as long as they’re reasonable - and [as long as] the one who makes them works to find the error.”

“The IDF has finished its inquiries, and I wonder, what about the national inquiry, which will scrutinize us all, down to the last man - an inquiry that will examine the discussion, the leaks, the superficiality, the short memory,” he said.

New Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi will be the man who will have to ease the sense of frustration, to bring hope. What does Ashkenazi know that Halutz doesn’t? Will he be able to reinstate our pride in the IDF and give us the confidence that the IDF is a reputable and leading organization in Israeli society? How will he instill different standards of excellence and organizational culture? How will the reserve units be rehabilitated? How will he assure order, organization, efficiency and discipline? Will he know how to keep worthy persons in place and lead the way? And most importantly: Will Ashkenazi be able to meet the challenges ahead? Will he be able to handle the next war?

If there were a background song this Valentine’s Day for Christians and Jews, it would be: “Send in the Clowns” over a glass of Maneschewitz wine

Joel 1:8-13 The Complete Jewish Bible
8 Lament like a virgin wearing sackcloth for the husband of her youth! 9 Grain offering and drink offering are cut off from the house of ADONAI. The cohanim are mourning, those who are serving ADONAI. 10 The fields are ruined, the ground is grieving; for the grain is ruined, the new wine dried up, and the olive oil is wretched. 11 Despair, you farmers; lament, vinedressers, over the wheat and the barley - the harvest from the fields is lost. 12 The vines have withered, the fig trees wilted, also the pomegranate, date-palm and apple tree - all the trees in the fields have withered, and the people’s joy has withered away. 13 Cohanim, put on sackcloth, and weep! Wail, you who serve at the altar! Come, lie in sackcloth all night long, you who serve my God! For the grain offering and drink offering are withheld from the house of your God.

Arab world says dig part of attempt to build ‘Third Temple’

If the bratty, rock-throwing, Mooslim custodians say so…

One Holy Temple for each Person of the triune God. Amein!

btw: the name of the gate near the disputed archaelogical dig should be called by its Biblical name: Sha’ar Ha’ashpot or the Dung Gate.

“and after that I brought the leaders of Y’hudah up onto the wall and appointed two large choirs to give thanks and to walk in procession. One went to the right on the wall toward the Dung Gate” (The Complete Jewish Bible, Nehemiah 12:31).

Full article of Hillary Rodham Clinton calling Iran a danger to US and one of Israel’s greatest threats at Ynet.

Some firm quotes from the Senator-First Lady:

“US policy must be clear and unequivocal: We cannot, we should not, we must not permit Iran to build or acquire nuclear weapons,” the Democrat told a crowd of Israel supporters. “In dealing with this threat … No option can be taken off the table.”

“To deny the Holocaust places Iran’s leadership in company with the most despicable bigots and historical revisionists,” Clinton said, criticizing what she called the Iranian administration’s “pro-terrorist, anti-American, anti-Israeli rhetoric.”

“We have to use every tool at our disposal, including diplomatic and economic in addition to the threat of military force,” she said.

You give the Iranians hell, Hill.

“I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed” (The Complete Jewish Bible, Genesis 12:3).

The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) on Thursday dedicated a new playground in Nitzan as part of its campaign to assist children of Jewish families evacuated from the Gaza Strip during the summer of 2005.

Following the Gaza disengagement, the Christian Embassy launched a drive to assist evicted Israeli families, with a special emphasis on helping children adjust to their new surroundings. Over USD 200,000 in donations were collected from Christians, and the Nitzan playground is one of several projects being funded by that campaign, the ICEJ said in a statement. The USD 50,000 playground in Nitzan was jointly funded by the ICEJ (USD 30,000) and the Jewish Federation of Houston, Texas (USD 20,000).

“This playground is bringing a lot of joy and happiness to 1200 children in Nitzan,” said Dror Vanunu, international coordinator for Gush Katif communities.

“Unfortunately, many families are still suffering, and many parents are still unemployed. This place will bring relief to both children and parents, and we are thankful for the ICEJ’s many contributions to rehabilitating their lives.”

While the rest of Europe marked the UN-established International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, a small town in Spain opted instead to commemorate the ‘Day of Palestinian Genocide’.

I think some people have forgotten the meaning of genocide…

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genocide

Isnt it the Arabs who wanted to wipe-out the Jews and Israel? I dont remember Israel having committed genocide against the Palestinians, or anyone for that fact. Anyone who says otherwise is a revisionist of history and is following a set agenda - i.e. delegitimisation of Israel.

“You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time” - Abraham Lincoln

Ciempozuelos, a Madrid suburb home to less than 20,000 residents, announced that it would hold ceremonies and public events in honor of the ‘genocide of the Palestinian people’.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) publicly slammed the decision as “shameful.”

The coverage led to numerous Spanish citizens contacting the Israeli embassy to voice their support for Israel, while at the same time the Ciempozeulos administration was flooded by angry phone calls from outraged citizens.

Readers may also be equally appalled to learn that the heavily Mooslem influenced Bolton City Council here in Lancashire,England, UK voted against marking Holocaust Day and will instead commemorate a ‘Genocide Day’ sometime in June.

Politically correct do-gooders who don’t even know they are re-writing history are making work for us.

The Palestinian Authority have many simple minded people around the world convinced that they are victims of a terrible genocide when it fact it is their own intolerence, hatred and uncompromising positions for the last 60 years that have brought them to their current situation.

I strongly suggest that Israel start acknowledging and commemorating the genocide of South America’s native population at the hands of the Spaniards who may have forgotten. Also, to remind the Turks such as Tayfun that it is imperative they remove the plank from their own eyes before they start judging others, we should also acknowledge the Armenian genocide. War crimes are war crimes, and before anyone slams Israel, they should take into account their own wrong doings and put everything into proportion.

Genocide is the massive, systematic destruction of a nation. That is why after WWII European Jewry was reduced by some 6 million, and practically wiped out. The atrocities committed by the Nazi are well documented and no on can claim ignorance.

The so-called Palestinian Arabs are only multiplying - whatever Israel may be doing to them does not qualify as genocide since it not - ethnic oriented, massive or indiscriminate.

Arab propaganda is simply reinventing the dictionary. And how easily and eagerly some fall for it!

Perhaps Spain will commemorate “Islamic Suicide Bombers Day” or “Spanish Inquisition Day” next
